Conversations for Connection
This workshop is an educational program based on the theory and practice of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) developed by Dr. Sue Johnson.
Do you feel disconnected in your relationship? A loss of secure emotional connection or have fallen into a pattern of negative interactions? This workshop might be for you and your partner(s).
Come and learn some specific ways to problem solve and navigate through challenging moments of disconnection that occur in relationships.
As therapists, we understand that committing to ongoing therapy can be tricky and sometimes an intensive, group learning weekend can be the most approachable way. You and your partner(s) will be supported by two trained therapists as you go through the program. Not only will you have the validation that occurs in a group setting, but you will also have the opportunity to practice skills in a safe environment.
